UFO CAP

This cap is modelled in part from the most well-made and considered Japanese made military style caps that I have been wearing for years. These are difficult to usurp so the Schofield ones had to be good. Details of elevation include the oxidised buckle and leather strap, oversized patches, black canvas trim, two-tone colour ways, rigidity of the structure and the internal label. The entire build is to specification, literally every stitch and millimetre which means that these are not just merch but unique life long companions.

The UFO patch is an 8 colour chenille job. Dearer than plain embroidery and worth it in every way.

UFO is a sub-brand I made up for all Schofield accessories. Hence the UFO label inside. Here I am riffing on the logo and introducing the Sussex Civilian Saucer Group. You will see more of this because it is relevant to the forthcoming Skeptiko watch. But how the SCG specifically takes shape is not yet known, maybe an owners club, a forum or simply a new pin… Wait and see πŸ™‚
