Strap changing drivers
These screwdrivers have been designed from the ground up. We threw away the shackles of the Swiss realising that we do not need watchmaking screwdrivers for changing straps. Watchmaking screwdrivers are designed for vertical use, whereas any Schofield strap changer worth his salt will know that this is a horizontal task! We need short and stubby reducing off-axis leverage and increasing torque. The blades have been ground to fit the Schofield screw heads so precisely that they block out the light! Two drivers for changing straps and one for buckles. A set of three; two green, one black.
- Machined from 6082 aluminium alloy in England
- Swiss made blued steel blade
- Olive drab and black passivate finish to MoD specification
- Made in England
Schofield watch straps are available in two sizes; regular and long.
Medium/average wrists are covered with both sizes.
The regular sized watch straps are 110mm on the non buckle side and 75 on the buckle side. The long straps are 115mm on the non buckle side and 90mm on the buckle side.
If your wrists are less than 19cm (7.5 inches) in circumference then we suggest you choose a regular length strap. If your wrists are more than 19cm (7.5 inches) in circumference then we suggest a long strap. If your wrists are approximately 19cm in circumference then a longer strap will give more of a tail; most guys opt for a regular sized watch strap with a shorter tail.

These are designed to be fully functional tools, the blades are Swiss made hardened steel. If you change your straps often then you may need to keep an eye on the blade edge so they do not burr the screw heads.
